01 · The brief
EEP Africa, the Energy and Environment Partnership Trust Fund, finances early-stage clean-energy projects in 15 countries across Southern and East Africa. It is managed by the Nordic Development Fund, with funding from the Austrian Development Agency and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland. Its website was a decade old: hard for applicants to navigate, harder for the team to update. KPMG Finland brought us in to rebuild it, within strict brand guidelines.
